When I was a little kid living in San Francisco (early 70's).. my brothers and I would go into this magical place. We were poor kids and they could tell. Never ever did they treat us poorly. They were so kind... Always gave us a treat. To us as children with no money they were angels. Thank you See's for the happy memories. Your the example of how it's done! Luv u💖

I also grew up poor & would walk into See's, knowing I couldn't buy anything, just hoping they would give me a sample & they always did. It made my day so happy. Now that I'm older, my financial situation has changed & I always treat myself & family to a box every few months. Such a nostalgic treat ❤

For 50 dollars they'll let you soak your feet in that vat of melted chocolate... It feels so good

also i want to point out that if machines did most of the work instead of the people, that would mean people out of a job....that would be sad considering they have been there for a long time

I’m sure, whatever handmade stuff is pertinent, they will keep and use the machine for absolute necessary things. Because handmade style tastes better than a machine making it. I’ve always loved See’s chocolate.
