Tough times in the Dallara IR18 Indycar this week on iRacing at Kansas and Gateway, but hopefully I've learned lessons that will help me have better weeks in future!

You have the right mindset to improve. I need to get back into more official top split sessions myself. Just wait till you hit a low period where you become a crash magnet for a week or two, not being able to complete a race without dying, lol. Now that's a true test of your spirit)
