I think I figured out how to make Shado Pan better. Have it so once flurry strikes will proc you get a specific “Wisdom of the Wall” based on which ability you hit.
Super fun class. Unfortunately it suffers from button bloat. Jadefire Stomp should have been pruned too, it's super unfun button to press and it has no purpose when you already have Strike of the Windlord as a long cd attack.
Jadefire Stomp is not currently in the AOE or ST build. Also, if it were to receive a buff large enough to make it a necessity, they fixed it so you don't need to stand in your stomp area anymore. Expel harm is gone, so another button gone as well.

Super cool ability visually. I really enjoy using it as Mistweaver. Shame it's never worth taking as Windwalker currently.

No. I mean shadowpan doesn't really add anything to the rotation, but WW monks are already interesting and have new options in the talent tree. Flurry strikes does crazy damage though. It was consistently in the top 1-4 damaging abilities in my testing. The hero talent tree also adds 12% armor penetration, so I imagine it will be very popular in PVP. Conduit is a great burst CD, but Shadopan adds some CD reduction to SE&F and raises your overall sustained damage.
Crackling jade lightning now stacks up to 30 and can hit for 4 million with the right talents. You pretty much just AOE with your normal prio, it procs, you press and it is a short 0.5 second channel with big dam on the entire mob pack. It's not currently in the AOE build but....a tier set could make that happen!

Wowhead out out a talent spec list a few days ago putting my main class, retribution paladin at 18th place....sure blizz let's not make ret any better seeing as it's sitting near dead last but work on other specs
@Wes-xk6hl if they put in the numbers to do the research behind why a class is strong or weak I don't treat it as gospel but a damn near good enough representation of it. Also ret pally is INSANELY weak in pvp especially when it comes to classes like monk, rogue, or mage. But im not directly talking about pvp I am a pve ret

You can chose to use the passive Jadefire Stomp. And the new WW has very few buttons actually.

On retail rn I have 30% haste and running into energy starvation and its kinda ruining all the fun
Haste > versa = crit > mastery :3 u want at least 40% haste in tww for ww

More and more every day i dont like a lot of the tier sets.. a ton of them are just horrible and ur better off not using one at all

So u treat wowhead as gospel? Ret pally is one of the best in pvp and is virtually impossible to beat in 1v1 duels
