    During discovery of proton the E by M ration is different if gases are changed in experiment tube while Eby M ratio of electron is same even if gases are changed in tube

    Sir I'm having a dout : uh told us about discharge tubes in which cathode rays were discovered in 1897, nd now uh r telling that Goldstein took help of cathode ray wali theory for discovering anode rays in 1886,. How???

    Sir cathode Ray's cathode se nikalti hai ki gas se kyonki high voltage provide karne par gases ionise ho jaati hai

      The cathod ray contain particle of electron that is firstly emitted by metal at cathod and due to high voltage the gas (H2) got ionise and become H+ e- and respective electron emitted from there named cathod rays hope it help u
