Congratulations on your new puppy! Once you get a Pom, you'll never go back to anything else. I've had 2, one lived to be 17, she passed June 30, 2023. Then I got another from a Shelter who was 11, but with so many medical problems, she only lasted 3 months. She was a snuggle bug, all the time. These little dogs are a master manipulator! So watch that he doesn't pull that on you. It's so hard to say no. I love your schedule for taking him out. Pretty soon you can wait until he wakes up and again when he eats. Socialization is a big part in a wonderful Pom. They usually love everybody, but you're his Mama now, so he'll become a one-woman dog, and so very loyal. They're really smart dogs and train easily and quickly. You're right, start early with training. Good luck with Bean, he's breaking my heart, I'm looking again for another one. You're doing it all correctly.

The first batch was six. The last two passed 2 years ago and we got triplets a few months later. Just by chance. Long story! But, welcome to being a Pommie Mommie. They are the most precious little babies! Smart, funny, so loving, and sassy. 🧡🧡

This is exactly same way I met my pom!! He is 9 now and I got from a breeder in Oregon and a puppy nanny flew with him to bring him to me too. It was the BEST day of my life!! Felt like I just delivered a baby that day. Like the same love when I saw him as a Mother having a baby does. It was AMAZING!! My pom loves scrunchies too...and my boy was actually trained to go on piddle pads by the breeder, which helped ALOT! I love the color of Bean. I've never seen a pom that color before. Makes me want another one. SO CUTE and soft. POMS are the cutest and BEST doggies that ever existed. I could never get my pom to eat when like 4 months old. His teeth ARE teeny tiny and still are. I had to feed him cottage cheese when I got him...thats all he would eat. He is pretty calm like mine always has been too. Except mine was born with bad knees and required surgery on both back legs..he actually walked sideways when I got him and didn't know why. 😢 He also went through a teething phase and would bite my arm and I had little round bruises up and down my entire arm..I let him obviously and it hurt too I just love him so much I didn't care lol 💜

Bean is adorable, Poms are my favorite dogs, not only are they cute, but they are very intelligent and easy to train. I have a party Pom, she is now 4 1/2 and she is my Service Dog. Wishing you and Bean the best of luck, do keep us updated.
Hi Bailey - I love Bean, that's the cutest name & he is precious. You are in for a life time of laughs & smiles. I had a 6 lb little girl "Zoey" for 12 yrs & lost her last July. I'm waiting to hear from her breeder saying what the expected delivery date is of her next babies. I'm hoping early July. I can hardly wait! Please bring on lots of videos! Have lots of fun with Baby Bean!

Same I got mine in March and she’s a little diva but she’s so cute 🥺

Bean so cute. I got a Merle Pom Around Dec 1st. We named her Pika. I tried adopting to but places wasn’t responding back so many was already gone or just couldn’t get anyone to respond. So I just got one from breeder. I have bigger dog and she adapted so well. We lost our precious smaller dog almost year ago she was 17. Congrats and thanks for sharing ur baby bean

For walking use a harness but have a collar so if he gets lost they can call

He is so adorable and so sweet I can't! But please use a harness not a collar their necks are so delicate specially this young. Hope everything is going well. Im getting mine in a few months just waiting anxiously for her to be born in 4 weeks and then able to come home with me.

Today a friend of my mother's gave me her Pomeranian.
Her name is Daisy, she's nine months old, she is absolutely adorable, and a pure bred Pomeranian (and her coat is black and tan).

I dont think i have seen a pomeranian puppy that color! I'm thinking about a pomsky. I cant believe how expensive they are from a breeder. But one that I have found, does have an option to fly puppies to their new owners as well. One has a pet nanny and she said they're wicked expensive 😱 but don't have to have a pet nanny
Adorable, l have a new pom puppie. He is just adorable. Right now we are potty training in the house . Lots of acidents happening, pee and poop. Coco is very tireing but worth it. I really cant wait for warmer wheather. I do take him out in the cold but no success or little success with anything. If you can give some pointers that would help please do. Although l love my pom, sometimes l go loco because l know that eventually he will get it.
I made a 6 month update talking about the struggles of potty training. I'm filming a one year update this week, after a year he FINALLY got the hang of potty training.. be patient, he'll eventually get it!

Checkered Flag Poms is where she got Bean, they don’t have Pomeranians at the moment but they’re getting some at the end of the month, I contacted them, that is how I know.

He looks like a blue merle. Unusual coloring for a pom. The most common colors are orange, red, cream but they do come in a wide variety of colors/patterns. The more unusual the color, the more expensive the dog, in general.
Hi! I was wondering which breeder you purchased him from?
I have had this breed for 32 years and been around the breed since the early 70's , I can say I saw traditional colour patterns and rare like brindle or black and tan , wolf sable and many sables but the merle or blue gene is interesting imo , and as far as that colour goes never seen them in the 70's EVER you can google old poms nothing in that merle or blue , nonetheless nice looking colour pattern , Standard Poms th-cam.com/video/u6PRD8aVdXQ/w-d-xo.html
