Haha! Such a great question. The audio you hear is an exact recording of my in-ear mix! My in-ears are definitely well sealed, but I am very intentional of where things are sitting in my mix, as well as panning and things ❤️⚡️
That is all good bro ⚡️❤️ I use my left stick upside down because the bottom side of the stick is thicker and it gives me more beef and power out of the snare drum when I do rim shots (which I do every backbeat).
You can use any metronome app. I use autopads (with built in click) so that it's just one app with both pads and click, panned to the left and right stereo channels. But you won't get the arrangement cues (verse, intro, down bridge, etc) unless you use something like Ableton or a dedicated stems app.
