I grew up training horses for trail riding. These are wonderful , and magnificent, but can be dramatic animals. I love them so much. They are graceful but strong just like the kings guards and very well trained. ❤ The kings guards are definitely my “ Eye Candy “ so handsome but the females, beautiful . Great Respect. They are all Regal. A compliment to the King.
No body says thank you anyways. This generation is so selfish and can't understand. I taught my kids at early age manners and proud to say they still have them. Just a shame...
The woman should definitely have stepped away, apart from checking on bother sides, he was not a civilian, so step away and allow them privacy for their conversation. But, as so many point out, self indulgence is their first priority, over all else.
I think the lady should have stepped away for a moment, just in case the Soldier needed to check the other side of the Horse. It would have been a sendible thing to do.🐎🐎
To solve the problem of tourists constantly touching the horses, why not replace the guards sword with a taser. 😂 Wonder how long before the next bobs up to have a photo taken…..
(Missing part of video here.) In her defense, so many people touch the horse and reigns and must be yelled at. The sign should say don’t touch reigns, horse or guard, and never get in way of guards. Take photo quickly and move on.
It would be good if there was some sort of supply of water in the horse building that both man and horse could use in this hot weather. An hour is a long time without water in norma circumstances, but with those uniforms on they must be losing pints of sweat. The guard wears armour and has a sword. It’s to let the horse know he is dismounting. It’s a safety issue. It’s not a punch. Look at the horses response to it. As if they would hurt the horse in front of the public. These animals are well treated. You think the horse would stand there and not react if they were being punched?
These precious, beautiful horses standing for an hour in the summer hear with a bit stuck in your mouth, no water to entertain idiot tourists not acceptable, in the winter maybe but not in this heat very disturbing!
The horses are fine. If the soldier didn't have to continually pull on the reins because of half wit tourists. If the horses just were able to stand there and do their job everything would be fine.

I love how the soldiers interact with the horses and the guards. You can tell that they are all a team and work together well.

They are not there to entertain tourists. They are the King's guard. The history goes back many decades.
The horses are fine. If the soldier didn't have to continually pull on the reins because of half wit tourists. If the horses just were able to stand there and do their job everything would be fine.
