At the 7min mark, you're on that balcony and the trap door behind you on the wall is open. On my game it's closed!!! Is my copy broke? How did you open it because I have literally been everywhere and there are no switches to pull.
For some reason, the door at @7:00 isn’t opened for me. I must’ve missed something. I got the restroom key. Door still isn’t opened. 😢 might be a glitch or something. I even reloaded my last save and nothing.
not a glitch , you need to progress in other rooms in order for this to unlock , remember the room where you moved the blocks to reveal a path? there is a second path there to the rest room
climb back up the ledge and turn right 2x to drop back in to the bigger room next to this bit. Press the switch you initially pressed to open the twin doors and let the bad guy out. This will close the doors again opening the pathway for you to get the last key

Theres a small square button you press in the dinning room area to open that door

The divers in the level are ok , but there are some enemies in this level which made me wonder how they got there …
There are too many human enemies in this game in general. Thankfully they eased up on them in TR3.
It's taking me 6-7hrs per level!!! Just because of the way they're designed. You never know where to go and run around in circles non-stop.

press the button from the rest room again to close the doors and open the path on the other side

Very simple you put the circuit breakers in the slots turning off the fire and then push the crate to get up into the hole😅.....
