Brutal Repair! Fixing a Headset with a Busted 3.5mm Audio Jack

We're replacing a 3 ring 3.5mm audio jack on a headset used by a digital musician. This was one heck of a difficult repair despite having so few wires! Most of the difficulties were mostly due to being unfamiliar with fixing headsets when I'm used to doing DIY stereo systems and amplifiers. SOOOOO much easier when you only have one ground wire and completely separate left and right audio feeds

I'm sorry this wasn't the best framed video. I don't record at my soldering desk nearly as much as my standing work desk, so I keep forgetting where the camera is pointing.
