    Spectacular views of the Iguazu Falls. I guess the experience of approaching by boat under the falls has been exciting. Never better said; refreshing vlog, Kristina.

    Very nice video. It is said that Argentina puts the scenery and Brasil de seats, but the three trails of the Argentine side give a more immersive experience. In the low circuit you can see the falls from below, almost falling on your head, be prepared for the misty fog caused by the splashes on the rocks. The upper circuit goes on top of each jump of water where you see the water "dissapearing" in front of you, and you see a panoramic view. An the third circuit is the one that arrives to Garganta del Diablo, Devil's Throat where the sound of the water is marvelous. Is this trail, that crosses the river on the upper side that regularly is washed away with the floods. It's built in a modular way to be rebuilt in short time.
    All the rives in Southamerica are quite unstable with very big floods and draughts. While Iguazú (from guaraní language i=water and guazú=big) is quite a small tributary of the Paraná, the Iguazú falls are superb.
    There is a fourth trail on the Argentine side which goes far from the falls but give a good taste of the subtropical forest.

    Hello! I came from Japan to watch your video (^^)/
    IGUAZU FALLS is the tourist spot that I want to visit the most, but it is too far from Japan to Brazil.
    You introduced me to a great video, and now I feel like I don't have to go (^^)/

    This place is wonderful, I've been three times on both sides, the Argentine side is beautiful but the Brazilian side is much more beautiful and bigger! Certainly more beautiful than Niagara, which I've also been to, recently even! Great content as always, Keep up the incredible work!

      You're wrong, let me tell you why:
      What is better from the brazilian side is the view; 80% of the falls are on argentine side, that's why you can walk so close and feel in first person the power of the waters; while at the brazilian side, you can watch the magnificence of those falls.
      At the argentine side: "These falls are so powerful, you can feel it"
      At the brazilian side: "Look, we were walking right over there!!"
      Cheers

    Продолжай снимать, не останавливайся! Всё, за что ты берёшься, получается прекрасным и восхитительным! К сожалению, не все это понимают и ценят. Не знаю, как у вас в Европе, а у нас смотрят всякую чушь- чем глупее, тем интереснее. Раньше такое было с ТВ, а сейчас по сему интернету. А в соцсетях ещё и всякую ерунду пишут и репостят. А ты делишься с нами своей жизнью и мировоззрением! Способствуешь творчеству других людей, в разных странах и на разных континентах! Несешь миру только прекрасное!

    Great video. I do have a question though. I'm coming on a cruise ship and I only have 1 day. I'm also a photographer who takes landscape photos. Which side would you recommend that I visit because of my short time?

    Hello, how are you, there is an anecdote here in Argentina, when the president of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, came to visit, they took him to the iguazu falls, and he was very surprised, in such a way, that the first thing he said was poor the waterfall How small it is from Niagara in relation to what I'm seeing, they are gigantic, from that moment the president began to send people to see them, and that's how they became very important, these falls

    • @Kristinahouwer
      @Kristinahouwer  ปีที่แล้ว

      I absolutely love that ! What a fantastic story. Indeed , everyone says that these falls are so much more grand and powerful than Niagara. Very happy I went

  • @estudiantes68

    You said the falls are relatively close to Buenos Aires. That's because you traveled by plane (2 hours). It would have taken you 22 hours on a bus.

    • @Kristinahouwer
      @Kristinahouwer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly :) everything is relative and that’s why I even mention in the video description that I took a flight.
