the crowding was too much this con… the sides waiting to go on became so overwhelming and was practically filling the dance space… i hope there’s some sort of way to stop that next time bc it got very hard to dance since there was no space and people were being quite rude.. wonderful rpd tho!!
Hopefully they expand the popasia area next time so that there's more room for us as I can't control it's size :( the fringe stage one had a lot more space Sunday thankfully!
I was there: Unfortunately the reason is because they over sold tickets on Saturday specifically and weren't expecting everyone to show. When people did, they didn't turn anyone away, which made Saturday the busiest con day, it wasn't just PopAsia, the whole con was packed like sardines. It was very dangerous and routes weren't changed either to make it easier for people to move around, so the convention just stayed busy😭

All members of XG who are proud of J-pop will be happy. We need to stop inserting non-K-pop songs into K-pop RPD video. K of K-pop stands for Korea. Please be proud of J-pop, and respect K-pop and Koreans. It is a good manner not to mix those different pops in a K-pop RPD. Even UNESCO wants to preserve a unique culture for Korean culture. What you guys are doing is mixing Hanbok and Kimono. Please respect two different cultures separately. The separation will not hurt anyone. J-pop lovers love this separation too. If the host loves his or her own culture, the host takes two videos for K-pop songs and non-Kpop Songs. The first part of RPD can be K-pop songs, and the last part can be non-K-pop songs. Upload them separately on TH-cam. If the video of non-K-pop songs is too short, TH-cam offers "Shorts".
