I question your choice about the Type 22 considering reports say that some fisherman caught it on their radars. You should look more into these things before you makes vids about them.
It's possible they had an active transponder, which most of these stealth ships use. Otherwise they'd be a hazard to navigation. It's a device that, once it receives a radar signature, it send a short burst of radar radiation. The Hamina class for example is practically invisible to most radars, but once the transponder is active, it lights up like a star.
Let me guess, is it another report from India? When J20 went to Tibet for plateau testing, Indian media also claimed that India's Su30 had discovered J20 through radar on the Sino Indian border. Although the radar features of the J20 have never been exposed, and although it did go to a secret airport in Tibet for testing, it has never been used as a border patrol aircraft. If India's SU30 can detect stealth aircraft more than 1200 kilometers away, then it's not surprising that Indian fishermen can detect Type022， After all India is a miracle of the universe
Sounds to me like you're the ignorant one!! When ships and jets are not on a mission they use a Signal transponder so that the enemy's radar can't study their stealthy characteristics 💡
