But does Prague have good potato chips? I am unsurprised that the chips are a failure, but thanks for saving me from having to find out. This is why I watch, after all. I see a home flavoring episode in your future, where you add flavored popcorn seasoning to plain chips to see if you can do better than Lay's. Show the world that you are more than critics and make your own!
Maybe start small at local Flea markets. Chipster Pigs is a great name for a food truck. People might get into self-seasoning, kinda like going to those Mongolian Wok places. Some inventive capitalists took poutine into strange places. Why not chips. Sell a flight of dips for the chips. You could rip off Hot Ones and make the dips progressively more spicy. Does anyone grow potatoes I your area? Sell using local taters. Now that we are talking about it, I think I will open my own chip stand. Chipster Pig sounds just different enough to avoid copyright. Thanks for the inspiration!
I'm going to add pretzel sticks into my menu and maybe corn chips. Those taco Ina bag things are la Bomba! It will really take off in stadiums, replacing nacho chips with something fresh and new. At some point I will partner with a local brewer to pair different beers with the chips and dip. It will be the next thing at beer fests.
@ChipsterPig I' d be happy to see you test chip accessories, after seeing an add for dip clips (dip containers that clip onto plates). No idea if there are more than 1 chip accessory though.
zesty!
Im From Scotland, sounds like Taylors Haggis and Cracked Black Pepper Crisps would be right up your street!!

That is a great idea for a future episode! One day I would love to start my own chip company, I'm just a couple hundred thousand dollars away, LOL!
