From memory the steam winder (which was the last surviving example on the North Welsh Coalfield) went to Bersham Colliery following closure. For preservation. I presume that it is still there? By the time this video was made it was running on compressed air.

My Dad worked here for over 40 years, Mick Godfrey. Great video and nice to see the old head gear stands as a memorial now.
