I usually like Josh videos because they normally toe the line between good production and natural entertainment well. Recently its felt like a lot of sidemen Sundays have been overproduced or too narrow focused on views and stuff and not so much free flowing and just naturally fun for the boys. I think what they tend to forget at times is we kinda react based on their reactions so if they're just genuinely not enjoying themselves then it doesn't make for a great video but if they're actually having fun and just living life and being themselves in the best way possible. The boys have been in a bit of a rut recently so I hope in future sidemen Sundays the tides turn and we get back to the classic, feel good, make you laugh sidemen Sundays
Car challenge ideas: Instead of giving the guys cars, give them a budget and let them find a car, then put them through a series of challenges to see which team made the best purchase, more top gear'esk, and as an added bonus side plus members can watch the process of them buying the cars and stuff

Hey Josh, just a couple ideas that might be fun for a video idea: Calorie challenge in the Netherlands (2 variations). 1: split the group up in 4 groups and get guests to fill the group up to 8, drop them all on a random point to start the calorie challenge, and make them eat/drink things from the first letters of all the provinces, in the provinces itself. Along with that, include some extra mandatory challenges they have to do in each province. If done, gather them all in a central point and make forfeits for the losers. 2: Gather the group on Texel, the start of the Wadden Islands. Make them all eat 5 foods/drinks with the first letter of all of the islands, so start with Texel, and eat for example Tomatoes, Tuna, Turnips, Tacos, Tiramisu. The first to be done at Schiermonnikoog with all of the challenges wins the lot. The rest does food-related forfeits such as eating some vile local food. Video idea 2: look up "Jachtseizoen" on TH-cam, it's a famous Dutch youtube show from a group called StukTV. The essention is that a guest has to get away from the group (in this case half of the sidemen +1 guest to make it 8, play 2 games in the video and then look at who did the best, loser gets forfeit). The guest first has 20 minutes to get away from the prison they started at, then the group follows in their own van, which is loaded with equipment. After 10 minutes of them driving, they get a location from the guest, which they have to follow. Then every 10 minutes they get a new location and in this way they try to catch the guest. The guest can arrange 2 vehicles himself, the rest he has to gather by going around the streets and asking for rides. He can spend a maximum of 20 minutes in each vehicle. That's all :)

For the next car challenge you should include some sort of item in each car, like in the boot or something which they have to use to do a hard task and make them ridiculous. Or an item that they can use to sabotage the other team.

Have three teams of three and say they need to collectively get 10k calories combined to complete the race then also add in tasks and challenges like in the race video, ie. modes of transport, eat 2000 calories of Chinese food in Manchester, etc.

Honestly the video of Sidemen going on a farm wasn't all that bad. Harry seemed like he had a blast getting to drive, KSI frolicking in poo meme potential, everyone still was joking and laughing and it didn't consist of alcohol, luxury or technology, and was good reputation for well off public figures doing some blue collared work and helping out a farmer even if it wasn't much. Just seeing you guys find comedic value out of any content and having wholesome times like a campfire sort of deal at the end is why I give big ups to Josh. He brought everyone together and he frankly did a good service for everyone's mental health. The more you have, the more you expect. Harry seemed very humble to enjoy driving the tractor as much as he did, call it silly but you can tell when someone is genuine
Josh I’ve been wanting you to do the car challenge again but this time all the teams have a budget to spend upgrading cheap vehicles, not sure how you would do it maybe hire out a car garage and some workers for a day or two and they can add minor upgrades to the cars like taking off doors or tweaking some parts to see who performs the best at a track or an off-road track maybe with an off road vehicle that gets customised, could even make it a two episode video one of them customising the vehicle on the main channel and the race on more sidemen, I think it would be an amazing video to see each brain ticking and drawing some plans on how to design their vehicle, probably will need to put your own twist on it but you and Ethan could have your own teams of 3-4 as your the petrolheads off the sidemen
for the car challenge keep it cheap. give them a small budget and do more racey type challenges. maybe have them do a derby where they crash into each other for the end of the video? either way it will be a banger!

What I liked about the recent video was it was reminiscent of "old" sidemen, you guys just being yourselves and doing stuff together, not over the top concepts and production. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy most sidemen content today but I much prefer the classic sidemen that I grew up watching, great change of pace, back to basics.
The car video was crazy fun. I reckon you could up the ante a bit next time like on top gear. Make it multiple days and give it more of that road trip survival feel
