Jennifer, Your Favorite Crafty Things videos are a wonderful way to show not only what to do but how to use a tool correctly. You are like a Crafty Bible for me. Thank you so much. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving
I just came across your videos and, WOW, are they wonderful. You are so concise and informative and get right to the point. I've subscribed and I can't wait to watch them all. Thank you!
All crafty tools I already use and love. Recently ordered the Milwakee heat gun from Hero Arts--should be getting it any day now. Need to order the Teflon bone folder because my Martha Stewart one is too shaft and leaves marks and has even pierced thru my good quality paper. I've used both tools for embossing and I prefer the anti-static bag. It just does a better job of keeping embossing powder off of unwanted areas. That QuikPik tool is the best invention since sliced bread! Bought it a couple years ago when I saw Vicky P. use it often in her vids.
Hi Jennifer! These videos are really great, so much great product information. I am pretty much limited to online shopping, so I can't try products before hand or see samples in person, so I absolutely love videos like this :) One thing I noticed, is with your Distress Markers. On Tim's course he said that the black on the pen is to indicate that it's not properly closed. So you should still push the cap, so there's no black showing :)
OMG!!! That was awesome!!! Thank you so much, like I said before I am new to crafting and want to learn before I start purchasing items. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you for sharing and thank you so much for all the reference websites of each product you reviewed. This has been so helpful to me. Again, Thank you. :)
Would the craft sheet work on a cricut mat? I have a silhouette but the mat is only 12 by 12 and the website that I'm going to place an order to today only carries the cricut mat in that size. I don't want to cut my ranger mat that small to 12x12. So I hope it works on the cricut 12x24. Thank you for sharing that neat idea. I saw another craft sheet on a video, I don't remember the name, that looked like the ranger craft sheet but with a non slip backing. I really like that idea. Hope tim holtz upgrades his sheet some time. I almost bought the kitchen cutting Mat from dollar tree to stick my sheet on with double sided adhesive..
Jennifer, can you tell me who makes the stamp that you use in the video? The subway art looking one with all paper crafting items listed... I absolutely love it!!
In the old days (about 25 years ago) I sometimes used Windex. It ruined many stamps of mine, since it had alcohol in it.. I'm with Jennifer, baby wipes or stamp cleaner for SURE.
Hi Jennifer, thx for sharing all this info, it helps a lot especially as i'm fairly new to card making and pretty much all crafting, i have subbed you, now of to see more of your vids & tips. Wendy
I bought this and I've tried it many times and watched the video many times. I follow the directions exactly and the envelope doesn't work. I don't know what doing wrong
How do you know if your quickstik has run out? Also i struggle how to have the sticky thing to come out. When i twist the tool the upper part of the tool is separated from the body.
Hi Jennifer, I own a Quick Stick also. For the mort part I really enjoy it but I've always had a problem with the tacky stuff inside, I can't ever get any fresh to come out! It drives me crazy, what's the secret to get it out?! I try to twist it and nothing happens. Thank you :)
dawn adams Hi! If you still haven't gotten an answer on this, wanted to offer that the sticky stuff in the Quick Stick dries out even when you are careful about keeping it closed between uses. It is just Tacky Tack with a nozzle. If you twist it hard and it doesn't budge, it's dried out. I tried using a pin to see if the nozzle was plugged, but it didn't help. Since the head complete unscrews, if I know I am not going to be using it for a long period, I drop the head with the cover tightly attached into a snack size zip-close plastic bag and keep it with the stick. It's cheaper than buying a new one all the time, although if I have a 40% off coupon from Michaels or Hobby Lobby, that's a good use for it.
Thanks for the tips! But the thing is when I first bought it I had difficulty, just a small bit came out when I needed fresh. No matter how hard I try it will not unscrew for me! So it must have been dried out when I bought it, I'll never buy another one!
LOVE all U're TH-cams !!! Helps me soooo much, thanx so much for your time to make them cause they're brilliant ! But can you PLEASE talk just a LITTLE bit slower, that would EVEN make it better ;-) ???

You could also use hand sanitiser to get rid of the in on your hands but depending on the ink it might not get it all off but it works fine for me.
Which copic marker should I start with ? I don't have any and want to purchase a few. Maybe 3 right now
Super video- what color was the green Distress ink that you were using please?
Jennifer, can you tell me who makes the stamp that you use in the video? The subway art looking one with all paper crafting items listed... I absolutely love it!!
Thanks Jennifer! Onto adding it to my wish list :)
OMG, this info was awesome!! Thx so much for sharing. Question: What do you use to clean your stamps? Baby wipes or alcohol wipes?
In the old days (about 25 years ago) I sometimes used Windex. It ruined many stamps of mine, since it had alcohol in it.. I'm with Jennifer, baby wipes or stamp cleaner for SURE.
I know this is an old video but I can't find the newer one where you show which mat you've attached your craft mat to recently! Thanks!

Wonderful tips. Thank you so much for sharing
What is that embossing powder you used?
where can I purchase the "scrapbook stamp"?
Can you use alcohol swabs to clean ink off stamps?

I saw a heat gun in Amazon.com that is also made by Milwaukee. Its a 1400 Milwaukee Heat Gun. Do you think it will be a good one as well?
I wish there's T-ruler here on my country. No craft stores I found selling this
Thank you for all the great videos!!!!! Hug, Irene
Subscribed! Great information. Im so late but still great info!
what is the craft sheet for?

dawn adams Me too. They are expensive. I would think a toothpick/tweezer and a small piece of Tacky Tack would work just as well for 99 cents!
thanks :) got some good ideas! laura
