As a band member who was on the field at the time, no video has been able do to stadium justice. When the video was playing and the team ran out, the stadium was absolutely electric!
I am so happy for Cadillac. The season is not going the way anyone wanted. The team has a lot of turmoil and adversity. I’m glad he has been here to steady the ship to this point. I also hope the next staff will keep him on in some capacity.
I’m a LSU fan and absolutely love our team entrance especially on a Saturday night in tiger stadium, but I got to say that auburn’s entrance is pretty 🔥too!! I also like Georgia, TXAM, & Tennessee entrances. Ain’t nothing like a sec football stadium environment!!
What is Auburn's real mascot? My grandfather told me that in the 1930's their mascot was the war eagle. Years later when I was in college Auburn had a game against us. I was stuck in the middle of the Auburn fans because I purchased my ticket from an Auburn fan. The fans of Auburn and their cheer leaders called themselves the Plainsmen. I think that the tiger was a mascot in the 70's and they still use it. I really like the war eagle as a mascot. They would be the only team called the war eagles in the conference. There are too many tigers in the SEC. The war eagle would be a great mascot. During the pregame activities that eagle flying is awesome. Believe it or not LSU has a real tiger that is housed on campus.
Auburn are the Tigers. "War Eagle" is the battle cry, much like "R*** T***" is Alabama's battle cry, even though their mascot is an elephant and not water.
