1. How long should the glycolic toner be on before the shower and 2. Doesn't the body oil go on after the body lotion? So it creates an occlusive barrier? Just wondering
Body oils like that don’t create an occlusive barrier. Only oils like petroleum causes an occlusive effect, so like Vaseline. When applying products, always go thinnest to thickest. Oils first, then lotion, THEN an emollient like Vaseline to create an occlusive barrier to seal everything in.

Just an FYI- Everyone I’ve met with the nicest skin uses just 1 soap and 1 lotion daily. It’s either Dove, Irish Spring, or Ivory soap + Jergen’s, Cetaphil, or Nivea lotion. And for extra dryness like on elbows, knees, heels and lips they use either vaseline or cocoa butter. 3 products for their entire skincare routine. I’m starting to simplify my routine because of this, and I’ve noticed improvements already.
Ppl in the comments need to chill. Its great that she is taking care of her body. She chose to show us all this not so that we can follow the same routine but so that we can see what she does. Her skin looks amazing btw which just goes to show what hydrating it enough can do. Keep ut up Sylvia!
This is not body care. Its totally show off. Who needs awlll these things for body. Like I have a nice body skin, much better than my skin just by taking a simole shpwer daily.
Doing something in front of camera is one thing, it's a completely different story behind the scenes. This is not her actual routine, the video is purely for aesthetics. You will also notice a few things that don't line up well in the video.
My simplified version for people in the comments complaining about overconsumption: 1: Dry brush. It’s good for exfoliating and improving circulation, which makes for brighter and healthier skin!! 2: Body wash. I use a microfiber hand mitt. It’s gentle enough to finish off the exfoliating job and is a lot more hygienic than a loofah. 3: Shaving. You can choose a cream, gel, oil, whatever works, but make sure it’s moisturizing. 4: Body oil. Correct me if this isn’t good for your skin but I’m using coconut oil. 5: Baby powder. This absorbs the residue from the oil and makes you smell REALLY GOOD!! You can add any fragrant products or anything you’d like, this is just what I do.
guys just a tip - don’t shave your arms bc the hair will grow back spikier and arm hair lightens in the sun anyways! lasering it off is the safest option!!
go see a dermatologist to get information on how to get clear glowy or "glass" skin! Or if you can't then just focus on the products she uses and try them out, you can do research.
Guys!! I dont recommend shaving your arms! When the hair starts growning it makes it pointy and no one is going to want to go near you beacuase youll be itchy
I know nobody's gonna trust me but your skin ACTUALLY doesn't need skincare. I mean your skin releases enzymes for sun burns and tans, it qlso releases sebum to moisture itself. I mean NO solution for oily skin but they probably release chemicals that kill bacteria for oily skin. It also sheers your skins tiny part every day, for every 28-30 day that means exafoliation takes place itself. Your skin literally never required skincare just remember your skin when you were 6 year old. How was that? Flawlessly Perfect. Wasn't it? I mean it's your life your rules no-one is asking you to advice a Sephora kid and get roasted by a half foot blonde. So jist telling i mean ask your grand ma ti show her old photographs look at her photo album she is flawless isn't she. I know we all get pimples after puberty of course so try using natural organic homemade remedies. I know they are time consuming but trust me they don't lie to you like glow Recipe, gisou, drunk elephant and dior does. And please quit overdoing it. You might find temperory results okay but it just gets worse in long time period. If you're moms try to be a good mom and teach your Sephora kids something. They probably will scream at you when they get older and tell you you never told thm about a darker side of this so called AESTHETIC PRODUCTS. I literally freaking request you please don't ruin your god gifted skin. Not everyone has it the way you do. Respect it. Your ancestors were fine why can't you be? I know it's a lot of change in climate but you only need a CLEANSER ( JUST NORMAL SOAP) AND A 20+ SPF (NOT A 30 OR 50+ ONES) . And i live in india so we have a worse climate in here than in US still our skin doesn't require wearing a sunscreen daily we only wear in sunny days and in summer. PEOPLE MIGHT SUGGEST YOU TO WEAR IT REGULARLY BUT THERE'S NOTHING NATURAL IN THIS WORLD NOW, AND THE SUNLIGHT YOU'RE GETTING IS THE ONLY NATURAL THING SO LET YOUR SKIN ACCEPT IT BEFORE THE LAST FEW YEARS OF SUN. So pretty as always!! 🥹💗💗
She really takes care of her skin 💗 so satisfying 😊💕
The packaging look so luxurious🥰🎉
Only jobless people have time for this
Jobless with big money
Erm not really you are just talking a shower and they can add other things to your daily routine making it easier and more efficient she can also be buying things one by one (just because she can do this and is a woman doesn’t mean that)
Yeah so true😂😂😂😂
@@4my_fotosStop justifying over-consumption. You do realize people are struggling to find housing they can afford, right?
you don’t have time for a shower?
Beautiful ❤️❤️✨✨
I like lotions with actives like Retinal, Glycolic and other acids. If you’re going to use lotion you might as use one with serum actives in it to make your skin the best it can be.
Facts, I don’t waste opportunities with my skincare. Whether my morning or evening shower, I always use actives.
She's so elegant
I only shampoo my hair and use body wash, and sometimes only use body wash, still I spend 1 hour in the bathroom idk how it takes so much time😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@omitay772
Same here ✌️✌️and for this reason get scolded by mom every time
@TAIRIAN when I was younger I used to get scolded but now she's just tired and used to it and has accepted it🫣🔥
Just an FYI- Everyone I’ve met with the nicest skin uses just 1 soap and 1 lotion daily.
Girl what are you shaving?!?!!
that wrist massage 🫠
I NEED THIS SKINNNNNN❤❤😮
glycolic acid right after dry brushing and damaging the skin barrier is CRAZY
Ppl in the comments need to chill. Its great that she is taking care of her body. She chose to show us all this not so that we can follow the same routine but so that we can see what she does. Her skin looks amazing btw which just goes to show what hydrating it enough can do. Keep ut up Sylvia!
Yeah, and her husband obviously likes it! He understands why she no longer has time to work😂.
This is not body care. Its totally show off. Who needs awlll these things for body. Like I have a nice body skin, much better than my skin just by taking a simole shpwer daily.
@@amanch9085 Respectfully, learn how to spell mah dude.
Doing something in front of camera is one thing, it's a completely different story behind the scenes. This is not her actual routine, the video is purely for aesthetics.
You will also notice a few things that don't line up well in the video.
I’m really hoping that no girl out there feels dirty or unsanitary just because they don’t have a 10+ step skincare routine.
Yeah that gua sha does absolutely nothing
Omg! You skin is literally so FINEeee like my skin could never turn out like that! 😫💝✨
I mean its possible. Far better from other complicated and not so necessary steps❤
she looks like an angel🤩
My simplified version for people in the comments complaining about overconsumption:
1: Dry brush.
Do you know if you should exfoliate first or clean with soap/body wash first? I exfoliate first with a body scrub
@@Boingo1625if you want to use a body scrub, I’d skip the dry brushing and use it as the first step while in the shower!!

Omg literally giving it girl 🤭
Everything she does is aesthetic 🌸
this girl definitely not doing this everyday because RIP skin barrier
She loves her skin more than my sisters love me😭😭
Does the dry brushing works? I think it damaging the skin
It does help, it helps get the dead skin cells off of you.
@@Books_makeup_andclothesDead skin comes off better when your skin is moist though and doesn’t hurt as much.
its giving WONYOUNG
guys just a tip - don’t shave your arms bc the hair will grow back spikier and arm hair lightens in the sun anyways! lasering it off is the safest option!!
Oh my gosh this is lovely ☺️ I love how you incorporate affordable products in with luxurious products.
Do u have any tips on how to get that clear glass looking skin
go see a dermatologist to get information on how to get clear glowy or "glass" skin! Or if you can't then just focus on the products she uses and try them out, you can do research.
U can watch some tutorials on youtube, but first find your skin tipe😊
Korean skincare!!!💕
me who don't even have skin care routine bcoz busy in studies
Help this is more expensive than me-
I wish i love myself like you 😊
You can get there just keep trying and remember sometimes you can’t see how beautiful you are already
I was listening to the music I was ready to sing “green was the grass where I used to read at Centennial park” 😭😭
omg another swiftie?! 😍🫶
So aesthetic ❤
This is so detailed haha , BTW you look very stunning
Self care is important
lotion goes before oil
So soothing ❤
too much exfoliation 😭
She barely put on any?
@@paulpousson6771I think fry brushing is exfoliating and she also put more than enough on her arm
PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE ( I DON'T WANT TO BE POPULAR OR SOMETHING , YOU CAN ALSO REMOVE MY NAME) TO SAVE A BILLION SKINS. BECAUSE SKIN IS THE LARGEST ORGAN OF OUR BODY.
Ofc your skin would be perfect when you're 6 compared to when you're..let's say 30 duh 💀
@@Yas-yusmI was referring to Sephora kids. Sephora kids at age 6 have skin like 🍪and we had skin like ✨ So I meant they do not require using Skincare at such a young age.
@@iamsimranrathod8 The girls I know who don't use any skincare at all (not even sunscreen or moisturizer) literally have the worst skins I've ever seen
Mine:
1. Wash my body
2. Shave my legs
3. Put on lotion (sometimes)
You inspire me ❤
She is so underrated, the quality of her videos are so gooddd
what for do you need body powder?
i have no idea what that is like all you need is lotion tho rlly. if you want body powder go get baby powder. 😭
честно говоря, это бессмысленно на руках
я наносила тальк только на ступни и спину, потому что сильно потею, и да конечно, я мылась перед этим

Body lotion.
Face powder.
Dry brushing.
Hydrate.
Sunday morning before church routine:
Shave.
Hair oil.
Gua shau.
Lotion.
hi!!! where is the body powder from?
I wonder why the complete line of powder perfume, perfume soap, and body cream was no longer manufactured a long time ago
I had to take a shower today, thanks for reminding me.

What is this powder and puff you are using?
Idc about every thing in this video I just love her nails so much 😍😍😍
Honestly, most steps of this bodycare routine is completely useless.
Maybe you THINK that 😐
@@4my_fotos No it’s actually the case. That's just waste of money. You just need a good chemical exfoliator and a good fatty moisturizer that's it.
@@theclumsyyme wrong
