I am a 2024 cse grad and i have applied for software application apprenticeship. I am currently unemployed becoz of this bad job market, diversity hiring (I'm a male candidate). Should I apply for startups. Do I get decent amout of stipend in case of selection in the appretiship program. I am confused should I go for startups or this apprenticeship. Is this appretiship counted in yoe?
