yes edit: to get it, you need hellion. At the end of the game (any difficulty) use your car on the long road, try to align it and get it to the floating platform, there should be a green button similar to the endgame button

Real Hosts remember when sand had an un-capped charge meaning you could get unlimited duration on the time slow using overclock.
