What brings you joy and how often do you allow yourself to feel it? Does it come from external sources or from the inner realm of your reality?
Joy is a foundation energy of the Fifth Dimension and the old energies of 3D seek to remove this or to make it as elusive as possible.
Joy is our birth right but also something that we may have to work for due to our experiences or programming.

What a beautiful talk you gave us! I kept smiling about how the shadow work can make us feel some dulldrums. I have had giant health challenges for a year but I have learned so much from them which was a long time due. So I have worked to stay out of my head as much as possible and into my heart ! I'm nearly 4 yrs into Shadow work and I'm now at a place where I am feeling peace and am having more realisations that I AM a conscious being here to experience fun, love, peace and joy without suffering like our foremothers/fathers who lived in poverty and never had that knowing that they were very powerful beings and went down the suffering path that was preached to them from birth. All is well in all.of Creation 😁❤❤❤ Tim, you and Diana got me here. You are much loved. ❤❤❤

I'm very into Compassion. It's my road to Joy. Passing by Gratitude. ❤🔥✌ And I see Devine Masculine too! I had that theory coming to me, that Feminine is always Devine, it's Creation, but Feminine had a hard time for so, so long and women have a Feminine body, so I think in a way, they could manage a little bit better since, rejecting there Feminine side was harder or impossible. But not for men. Polarity is a unit with two opposite sides: one side of the sheet cannot attack the other side, without destroying the sheet altogether. Feminine is Being (it's the Soul, the Heart, always Sacred), masculine is the limitation, determination, action, choice, (being alive is a state of limitation of determination, that's why it's called mankind) so we need Consciousness to have a Sacred Masculine side (women or men), we need to decide from the Heart. The brain is just a dashboard, if not working from the Heart to become Spirit. That was the big game of the matrix to make us believe that men where masculine only (or should) and women Feminine only: division from within. No wonder we were destroying ourselves and the Planet! That's why women had to heal first, to bring back the Divine Masculine in themselves, needed to support their Feminine. And then they could support men to accept and respect Feminine again, to then find their Devine Masculine. I think it's fascinating! 🥰🙏🕊✌
The painful energies in my solar plexus is challenging and I am trying to surrender to all of it. Maybe joy will come later 😢

Happy Friday! I’m thrilled to see you this morning. I’m in alignment with your message today. I’ve been trying to tune into my own self and where I’m needing to invest my energy more beneficially. I’ve been doing quite a lot of shadow work in the last few weeks and the other side of that work feels joyful because I can feel the soul growth and the places that I’ve called my energy back to myself. I’ve found that I’m able to embody my power and find gratitude for presenting me with the opportunity for the experience.
