i tested nvidia app for recording this gameplay. before i used OBS. nvidia app is much more smoother than OBS, but you cannot add overlays like joypad ( in my previous videos you can see the pad ). Nvidia app is definitely a good app, i will use it instead of OBS :)

Tuf f5 = tuf f15 i suppose. You should be ok for this game. If you want to reduce microstutter in general on your system whilegaming, download msi utility and check if your gpu runs in msi mode. If dont, then activate msi mode for the gpu. You wont find msi mode activation on nvidia control panel. A lot of tutorials on youtube about this.

I dont know your gpu model, if its at least an rtx 3000 you are ok.
