    "The lady I talked to over the phone". I hear shit like this all the time. You really wanna know what I like to tell customers? Fuck what you heard over the phone. Those people over the phone is not at your house to see the problem. Never compare technician to the person over the phone; they don't know shit.

    just tell the truth, that box has been to 2000 diff customers and the fittings were rush- fit because piece rate and nobody has checked sig to the tap in 25 years and you don't have another viable choice.

    So the tech can offer whatever prices he wants with Comcast. Hot dog...and is there a pole you're gonna climb up inside the house with high voltage since you're carrying around that hardhat..ahahhaha

    i know this is just a video, but, umm. i liked comcast, or "xfinity" is now they called themselves now, but the service they provide now isn't that great versus than the service they provide now. Over priced and i think the X1 user interface sucks. I prefer the old boxes but that's just me. But Comcast, get your shit together. Like or comment if you agree.
