I was devastated but it made me feel better when I looked at the away stand and the fans were going absolutely mental.
Look up the hibs winner against rangers in the 2016 Scottish cup final, we scored in the 92nd minute against our 2nd biggest rivals to win the Scottish cup for the first time in 114 years. Then to put icing on the cake there was a full on pitch invasion at the end. 💚🇳🇬
To be honest as a Liverpool fan I agree, our fans that night were not at their best but neither was the team. It was a pretty dull game overall & Liverpool didn't play anywhere near their best on the night, I think they were just trying to get over the Klopp hoodoo of losing Cup Finals & just get the job done & get the monkey of his back so to speak. I also don't think a lot of our real fans were in the ground that night because of ticket prices & limited seating, most of the people in the ground are corporate & a small percentage are genuine fans.
