I've been playing WW and NL since Christmas, so I had them open during New Year's in addition to playing NH with a friend. I was struck by how... lonely the WW one felt. Just you and Tortimer in the plaza. NL was fun, and NH feels like a real party. I think the moral of this story is that Isabelle throws better parties than Tortimer. People actually show up lol
I remember seeing fireworks for the first time in GameCube in the reflection of the lake and my mind was blown.
