I run pusgoyles more as a utility piece rather than the main force. An affliction cyst would be really heavy on pusgoyles and not have a lot of bodies or killing power. Affliction cyst also doesnt have much value on its own either
hey i recently got into watching a lot of warhammer games and really get the urge to get an army myself. The first character that really got my attention was the great unclean one so i went to a army building site (no idea what i'm doing) but trying to get an 2k army with the great unclean one in it and accidentally made a 2k army (dont know if its correct or good or even allowed) so i wanted some tips and wanted to show you what i made on the site; Leaders: Morbidex Twiceborn The Glottkin Great Unclean One Behemoth: Chaos Warshrine Artillery: Plagueclaw 2x Units: 2Pusgoyle Blightlords 10 Plaguebearers 2x 10 Plague Monks 2x
Morbidex really isnt that great, especially if youre not running nurglings. Guo and glottkin in the same list is taking up a lot of space. I would pick one and run with it. Pusgoyles i typically run in 4s with a lord of afflictions. Your warshrine has nothing in the list to buff (it only can target slaves to darkness units. I like the units of 10 plague monks though. You dont get much benefit from hordes in nurgle, so small darts of them taking out enemy units i think is a good way to go. Also on the plague claw catapults, i generally wouldnt advise that. They are a really weak option thats very over costed.
@@RadioFreeHammerhal Hmm haha good that i asked someone first almost half of what i said isnt really that great :p What about 1 maggotkin box and 2 daemon of nurgle boxes? It gives; 1 Lord of Blight 2 Poxbringer 2 Pusgoyle Blightlords 5 Blightkings 6 Plague Drones 20 Plaguebearers 6 Nurglings And get an additional 10 plaguebearers and Lord of Afflictions and have points to spare for some ideas or get 2 boxes of each for the 4 pusgoyles
is that still valid ? I m looking on wahapedia (maybe it's them that are late) but Munificient Wanderers and blessed sons are both a warscroll batallion and I can't find Drowned Men. And they don't do what I see there. Edit : after a bit of more research, I found that probably that wahapedia is wrong and/or lacking stuff. Because I found the same thing one 1Dchan.org

Thats definitely a good start! More blighykings are always better. Id go 3 boxes of maggotkin and 1 daemon start collecting
Is a unit of 2 worth running? I only have 2 and a lord of afflictions right now.

Yes wahapedia is definitely outdated. This video is up to date
Unit if four is secret sauce
