I wanted to agree, but if you think of very preventable deaths, it does frustrate you into switching heroes or prioritizing selfish strategy. Like I remember getting virus from Sombra and my second supp going full dps, instead of giving me at least one shot heal. It's hard to trust someone doing stupid mistakes like that.

i guarantee the anti cheat caught it and blizzard just is inbetween ban waves (their strategy to ensure that cheat devs dont get to constantly iterate)
I had a low Gold game shut down with a ragehacking Soldier (he didn't try to hide it, he had it cranked up to 100 from the very beginning), so it does happen!

And he switched to Mercy too, to dmg boost him. People doing that deserve to be banned too
@@youngty7174 When OW2 was being released, they told us we would have a new game engine, better sounding engine, pve, and a really good anticheat. They also sub messaged alongside that good anticheat as "a mercy, duo'd with a cheater or multiple cheaters, will also be banned" Guess that doesnt happen, even if they were duo'd, or trio'd, 100$ is that one of the cheaters got banned sure- but not the other, and the mercy if 3 stacked with them, is free to go!
But a side note here: Say the 2 believed they were cheating i mean its obvious- and gave up. Even if the LW/Mercy 3rd person gave up too- they could be spam reported by the duo, all the duo needs to do is spam on their remaining 1 account, make a replay code of the game, and spam report that across ALOT of accs they clearly have, and chances are the mercy/lw and the other 2 will be banned.
I mean look at all the bans going around now for no reason or next to no reason? Theyre all over to the point people turn off game chat. Its not good.... the automated system of getting hit with alot of reports instantly bans the account and its very very hard to get the account back. if at all.

the way the hack switches targets so quickly is so fast it almost reveals an angle or part of the game which I've never seen before.

I noticed at the end (when the game cancelled) that the hanzo hacker was the first to be kicked and the soldier hacker was near the last. Usually the first one to get kicked from the game in this situation would be the hacker that got banned. If that soldier hacker is still able to play (bc remember, he was the last one kicked and only 1 of the 2 actually got banned that we know of so far) that anti-cheat is absolutely dog shit.
Funny that i just tumbled over this comment; I actually met this person in a comp game today! I'm not sure if they were a tank or a dps but I remember seing that weird ass name. so yeah they are still able to play the game sadly

At 11:31 the Hanzo is clearly using wallhacks to check the enemy positions. No sonic arrow was up
No diamond player is shooting the GROUND with storm arrows while repositioning. That hanzo was 100% hacking, that flick on rein behind a wall was all the proof i needed.
I love how even tho flats knows they’re cheating but still gives a respectful defense for there actions and then shows why that wouldn’t make sense

4:55 i think its because in order to not rage hack you have to be dumb enough to cheat but smart enough to put your ego aside and not go crazy with it. a vast majority of cheaters cheat because they suck and want to win games, and when soft cheating isn’t enough, they cannot help themselves and have to rage hack to get the ego fill. also there’s the reporting bias where most overwatch players can only find a cheater when its hard rage hacking. i’d wager there’s a whole bunch of people who just use walls or a trigger bot or some other cheats that the average overwatch player doesn’t have the knowledge to tell their cheating, especially during the match.

The one thing I love about watching Flats breakdown these cheater replays, it's his attention to details. I am I solid low everyday plat player, but my shit detection meter is probably master maybe grand master level. Hearing Flats call them out as I see them, does give me a bit of satisfaction that even though I'm an average player, being able to see cheaters is universal regardless of your play level. I'll take being an average everyday player, over having to stoop to cheating in OW2

I had a game in comp kind of like this too it was pretty noticeable immediately the soldier was aimbodting and we immediately called him out his team of course defends him, then he gets POTG and then in chat he spams "close your eyes close your eyes" rapidly and you can see him obviously aimbodting lmao
This was honestly the biggest risk of going free to play. Open the floodgates to hackers because there's zero cost to getting the game on another account
The second cheater seems like they're actually not awful at the game. They're pretty damn good at hiding hacks.

These are just pathetic individuals who have never achieved anything in their miserable lives, and so they hack on video games for the false illusion of ‘winning’ and ‘accomplishing something’ in order to feel better about themselves because deep down they know they’re just pathetic and miserable people who have never worked towards actually accomplishing something in the entirety of their sad lives.

Unbeknownst to this community, many cheaters are actually good at the game. The better they are, the easier it is to hide. It's like cheating in real-life sports, it's the professionals doing most of it not novices. You see more bad players cheat because they're the ones getting caught, and there's a much lower barrier of entry, and lower stakes, than with IRL sports. Maybe once AI anti-cheat becomes good, more of these stealth cheaters can be caught. If you can't detect software modifying the game, detect anomalies in the actual player's matches instead.
Tbf it is a bit harder to tell on the hanzo. The little snap to the rein head is wack, but everything else could be chalked to coincidence or skill ngl
He looked through the wall by the mini, and the shot on Ana was super disgusting, but yea overall he seems actually pretty decent at the game and good at hiding the hacks

Every single time i get on now i run into a cheater. I dont even wanna play anymore because of it
the cheater's tank has like 3k hours in comp they are a really cool person we rein duel whenever we see each other.
The main character of this cheater video really just rage hacked after being killed... in a game that is basically "Kill or Be Killed". They got denied the dopamine of actually getting kills (we dont know if he was going to use projectile aimbot on Pharah or not), since he got denied from taking a stupid rush/peek at a choke point, then instanlty switches to the sniper that could kill almost anyone they can click on and toggles hitscan aimbot. He died about 4-5 times and decided to press the "self-destruction" button on his account by cranking the cheats high enough for this not really efficient anti-cheat to detect it, at least on what I believe happened. Sure the anti-cheat does need more tweaking if people are allowed to spin at 500 MPH and people snapping directly onto someone behind them without even knowing they are there, but I don't blame the anti-cheats. At least Overwatch has a efficient and working Anti-cheat compared to my good friend TF2 and their VAC (I feel a bit bad mentioning it).

Imagine aim hacking on Widow and STILL doing so poorly you are forced to switch.
Don't worry about that anti-cheat because they won't ban cheaters right away. Instead, toxic players will be targeted first.

Played in a match recently, and convinced the Soldier was cheating. On kill cam, the gun was snapping to headshots and destroying myself and my team; ultimately leading their team to a win.
they def duoed both have random letters as their names

There's no doubt in my mind that Hanzo is also cheating. The Ana kill at the end seals the deal for me. His aim barely moves and perfectly stops right where it needs to be. There was no slight twitch past where he let the arrow go.

nah, you may know a sombra is near but that was outright aiming at the sombra, there was no aiming at the bastion, no deliberation about if they might have used a prot, no thinking about if they went round the payload, just pure 100% aimbot, and the way they flick to people like with the rhine early on thats not aimassist thats aimbot xD

ran into a hacker while 5 stacking with my friends it was around like low gold. funniest thing was he didn’t have hard aimbot or maybe his cheats were shit idk but his shitty aim was so bad the hacks worked against him. his crosshair was always point at the ground and every time his aim would lock onto someone his aim would bring his crosshair back down. also we won the game😂

I dont think the main cheater of this video got banned or stayed banned for long or new account i guess too possibly, swear i had both of these dps in 2 games of quick play last night with a friend or very very similar name to the first guy but was defo the same second dps. Their aim bot was defo turned way down but they were 100% cheating still and the other i think was using a trigger bot on Ash and Cassidy.
Are we sure the LW player (who swapped to Mercy as soon as they could and proceeded to hard pocket the Hanzo - looks like the Mercy player Unicorn dc'd or something so they took Mercy) ISN'T grouped with the cheaters? Because they're playing like they are. Disgusting behavior either way. There is no way that player didn't know.

send the report on the second guy and let them sort it out if they aint cheating nothing happends, if they are they get banned, if sus report but dont say anything if raging make fun of them while you report is how i always do it

In my opinion, I think that the Hanzo is cheating as well due to everything you said as well as the fact that his name is just a bunch of keyboard spaghetti, just like the soldier he was duoing with who was 1000% cheating. Their names also make me think that they are both using throw away accounts, which is why they didn't have much fear when it came to using the cheats.
Agreed plus, look at min 11:30 and tell me that he isnt obviously checking the point by walling.
Maybe the hanzo mastered the sneaky cheating, then he convinced his other friend to play w cheat cause it’s “so fun, and fulfilling, and feels like pp bigger” haha
