I have also utilized the tools you have suggested and have now established 3 vendor accounts and a Navy Federal account. I started my own Real Estate Development and Property Management company in Los Angeles that provides Affordable Energy Efficient Housing in underdeveloped communities. I have the majority of the tools needed such as a couple of great lenders, an interested private investor, my real estate license, business plan and I have applied to 5 Star Processing. Every company you have suggested has been fantastic. Yet it seems I still need "skin in the game" to close. I have horrible personal credit. However I am building my business credit. What would you suggest I do now in regards to securing my first 5-10 unit apartment building and using/building my business credit in order to do so? I am an artist. I have had a successful decorative arts company for years. I do custom murals, paintings, architectural finishes etc. I lost everything including my house in the recession. Years of starting over, bad relationships, false starts etc finally getting back the level of clients I used to have and then pandemic. My credit score is below par, Ive been working on it, I hired a company, was not satisfied so I’m doing it on my own now. I am almost approved for a business loan but not until my score is up a little more. I appreciate your videos I’m doing everything you’re suggesting to meet my goals and I’ll let you know how it goes.
Noelle it's weird but Regions here in St. Louis denied me for a 10K credit card under(Block Builder Investors)...(My business thanks to you😊) yet I have a personal cc with them for 5k. And yes it was a hard inquiry😡. However, today they sent me an email for 5k line of credit(personal.) My credit is @771. But like you said AmerX didn't play any games. They approved me over the phone, no credit check! They just needed my business name, email and I also gave them my Dunns#. Now like most your viewers I need to really understand how to leverage the credit cards to purchase real estate. I'm going wherever I can to build up funding for my investments. We went to a Than Merrill seminar January 2020 and they wanted $17,000 for the basic plan. This plan was for about 1 year and then you are on your own. We said no.

@Roger Martin I would like to suggest that you look into business secured cards if you don't want to fix your personal credit. Fixing your personal credit by paying the collection accounts off and getting deletion letters so that it is removed from your credit profile,investing in secured cards to build on time payments and good payment history, and working until those secured cards graduate into unsecured cards will be cheaper for you in the long run. Interest that you pay for bad credit is way more than the debts you owe. I hope this helps. If you do the secured card path, put the most money that you possibly can down as a deposit. Hopefully that will be your credit limit when your card graduates.i hope this helps.
