In the app everything works through the Bluetooth, it plays through the guitar from TH-cam, the drums play through guitar, ect. But when I go to “Connect the device” it won’t connect. If I press where it says, “ NEXG not connected” it takes me to the screen with the different tones that’s on the guitar, but when I press on any of those, it take me to a screen that has Line in, and knobs under it that say, guitar, mic, Bluetooth. And the other side of screen has Line out and under it, monitor, live broadcast, amp. But there it stops, and I have searched the entire app and there is no way to access the eq, reverb, chorus, distortion, ect. I have contacted Enya but have not gotten any response yet. Is there something I am doing wrong in pairing the app to the guitar? And that is why it won’t let me have access to any of the effects so I can adjust them? If you have any suggestions, I would be forever grateful!

When you go to "Connect the device", the App will scan any NexG with Bluetooth on, and show in the list, you will find there is "NexG not connected" in the list, click it, then you can connect the NexG with App, after successfully connected, the screen will move to the different tones, you can choose any preset tone, like "Acous" now we have 2 preset tones "Acous" and "Church", you can choose the one you like, and click edit, to adjust the volume of different parts like line-in / line-out, guitar / mic / Bluetooth / Monitor / live stream / amp ... now our access to the English version APP eq / reverb / chorus / distortion / wah / flanger...effects are temporary closed due to upgrade and newly built technology is under process, soon we will upgrade with more advanced effects and reopen the DIY channel for effects. Current you can use our preset option for different tones, and soon our English App will also updated with Loop function. Our Chinese 恩雅音乐APP is updated with Loop and access to eq / reverb / chorus / distortion / wah / flanger...effects adjustment, you can also download Chinese one for experience, if you can use 恩雅音乐, Chinese APP, but we suggest you to wait till our English version update.
