Yes! You've hit the nail right on the head about the problems with a lot of new kits coming out. (Although I'm willing to give 4th - and to some extent, even 3rd - kits some leeway.) The new stuff just doesn't look like a proper *uniform*. It looks like an opportunity to be creative and make money. Nothing wrong with that, but not for home/away shirts. But, that Palace shirt really looks like a great *uniform*.

--> These are 4th kits, so I'm cool with a lot of creative license. So, I'm cool with all of these (although less than you on the Milan shirt). But, I wish the liberal creativity would only be applied to the 4th (or maybe even 3rd) kits.
--> For me, the PSV one is the best. It's super creative, but also it lends itself to being a proper uniform shirt; not a travel advert.
