What's the difference between this one and your 2-parts condensation tutorial?

Does it inherit the animation of the Sphere?

I finally find how to do with animated object (after several unfruitful try). It's simple, just add a lock/bond test just under your speed by surface and force operator. In the event choose Lock to Surface and Restrict to Surface and set the Force to 0% in Position Lock/Bond and Rotation Lock/Bond.
You will have to add the same test in first position to your spawn event, otherwise your spawning particles will not follow the object too. On this test, additionally to previous setting, check Speed Limit and set it to 0 in Position Lock/Bond, if not several spawning particles will move randomly on the surface.

oh... uh.. Maybe you could mention at the beginning that this requires a plug-IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

instead plugin you can use the standard blob mesh object.

can you tell me how to use blob mesh i try to use mesher but it is problematic during rendering for the drop that is leaving trails because as you know its is set of small balls so it becomes opaque. any other solution i am not able to make blob mesh work using 2017
