Absolutely. Any of them. Bile is part of the digestinve process and anything restricting digestion can restrict a person's ability to access nutrients in the food they are eating.
@@bio-individualitycoachtrai8507 I have no gall bladder, so am trying all of Tony’s suggestions. I did all the ph and blood tests they are all in the 7 region so appear normal. I have bought ox bile and took it 2 hrs after lunch, with a huge glass of water, but 10 minutes later it felt like I had an explosion in my throat which tasted vile, and didn’t go for about an hour. I know there is a problem as I am very overweight but do not eat the amount of food to warrant the weight. I will continue with everything I am learning from this fabulous platform. Thank you.
Thanks brother, went 25 years messing my life up , I have found my pathless path . Love you all . finally learning about our amazing body's.bad programming..... ...

Hi Marketing9th CoU, this is our channel for health professionals. We have another one for consumers and I have a video on chronic fatigue and why someone may be tired all the time that explains a variety of possible causes and how to figure out which one is a problem for you. You can find that video here: th-cam.com/video/LsOb4BxPADk/w-d-xo.html Let us know how it goes.
I have chronic diarehea for more then 3 months. I m taking sweedish bitters 3 times before meal. It stopped for 2 weeks but it started again for 2 week now. Kindly tell us about bile friendly food
Hi Toral. Sweedish bitters having the ability to correct chronic diarrhea is going to be pretty rare. I would definitely watch our video on chronic diarrhea over on our channel for consumers here: th-cam.com/video/HUw3NuPGswI/w-d-xo.html This is our channel for health professionals. and there aren't really many "bile friendly" foods. It's more about removing the foods that can thicken up bile. This video over on our other channel will give you the steps that help the most: th-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/w-d-xo.html Let us know how it goes.
What symptoms have you helped clients improve by helping them improve bile flow?
Can poor bile flow cause nutritional deficiencies and which ones?
Absolutely. Any of them. Bile is part of the digestinve process and anything restricting digestion can restrict a person's ability to access nutrients in the food they are eating.
