They are so very low! Back in the day, they would always make the counters so low in houses. My mom's house and my grandmas are like that too. I guess it was high enough for the short Portuguese Ladies who used to live here lol. But it is very common in old houses to see such low counters. Thank you for all your support ❤️ beijinhos 😘
@@lifewithrosie03 lol ya, seeing my grandparents home was same. my mom said that they either did their work on a table or they would have like a little cove outside the house and pretty much sat on whatever and prepped food there. mostly bcuz cleanup consisted of tossing waste to the animals lol ...my mom thinks her modern kitchen is not soul forming for the young ones😂
