Charge using USB A to C cable. Read a comment about this and using a different cable and charger made it work. Similar thing happened with my handheld gaming device. Advice was to use a slow charger and A to C cable.
I have the same problem, I bought 2 pair of earbuds, and as you mentioned, the stop working after 7 or 8 months. I'm from Mexico, I bought them here in Mexico.
The left earbud charge well for me, for the right one, it turns red when I put it in and then after some seconds it turns white and after some seconds it turns red again. sometimes it blinks fast and sometimes it is slow from turning from red to white then red (takes up to 30 s), anyone had the same problem?
I want to add my problems with my right earbud. It is a different error than the one in the post, but still very valuable. The case is working properly. I bought them on October 2021 and they were great, until they failed. I've used them constantly for 1.5 years and taken good care of them. My right earbud is working inversely now. When I put it in the case it pairs itself to my cellphone and to the left earbud that is outside the case. Of course, it shouldn't be doing this in the case. It should just turn itself off and charge itself. But so far, it is not charging since the light doesn't turn on to indicate a charge. When I take it out, it shuts off. Since it is on in the case it can't reset itself, or maybe it does, but it doesn't fix the problem. The case detects it is connected since the charging light of the case turns on and off. The case works fine, in contrast to the posts here. I even disassemble the case to test the charging for both earbuds. The left earbud can charge itself in the right one, and it shuts itself off (normal operation). But the right earbud does the same error in the left copper pillars. I've contacted Soundpeats but no real solution was given. They asked me to take them out of the case for 2 days and pray that they will fix themselves. Soundpeats even offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. Maybe I'll try to tear the right earbud apart and maybe get a new battery for it. But it might not be that simple. It's a shame, such good earbuds but they will probably fail in a year or so. Just after the warranty has ended. Maybe warranty length will be a definitive factor for my next purchase. I will let you know if by taking them out of the case and try to kill the right earbud battery fixes the problem in the long run.
I'm having THE IDENTICAL issue. Right earphone connects while in charging case, and plays audio fine. But as soon as I take it out it stops playing. And the light on the right earbud is dim. And the case recognises when I plug the right earphone in by turning on the green light. But it doesn't charge, my phone says 10% on the right ear bud. Anyway, did you ever find a fix?
Same problem now. 1.5 years old also. Soundpeats is so disappointing. This is my 3rd pair of Soundpeats earbuds. Only one ear works at a time. And they won't charge properly now
My charging case just died today. The only thing i can piece together is, the case had died completely before i plugged it in. I wonder if the battery is so depleted that it can no longer charge 🤣 Honestly, bad design on soundpeats end. They should have a failsafe when it comes to the internal battery going too low. I have never had this problem with any other brand, even when they do end up dying completely.
Use a USB A to C cable and a slower charger. Try a few different cables. After deep discharge some devices get finicky. Mine had stopped as well, and this saved it!
@@lovelylimrecio hi bro, having the same issue. I think it has something to do with the battery, as i took it off (theres four locks between the inner body and the outside body), and playing around with the battery connector and suddenly its start charging again
@@twentytwoholic hey, man! Thanks for the tip! I also took mine apart and had to secure attachment of one of the parts as it seemed to have been glued loosely then it worked. 🙂

make sure the Gold part is Clean or not oxidize. same issues with removable phone batteries. Also Wiping the pins helps renove the gunk.
Brow, did you solve the problem? How?
I had the same problem with my case. I took it apart and found that the battery had come unplugged
@@frankconverse5410 how did you put the case apart?
