I have had a box inside my closet for years that held gifts of different kinds in case my kids or I needed a quick gift. The boys are grown and gone, but I still have the box in the closet with gifts. I think I'll make a few of these boxes and buy some cute mugs to place in them. I watch all of your videos because I find the your narration with the sound of papers shuffling and creasing and cutting to be very pleasant, but I don't do craft fairs so I rarely feel like I should recreate your projects. New subscriber here and im sooooo glad i did i love this box i have recently got hooked on paper crafting i used to scrapbook when my kids were younger until they graduated omg thts been 11 yrs ago was my youngest lol never realized tht til now holy cow lol but anyways i am hooked all over again but good thing is i didnt have to buy to much but of course always need some new and updated tools and paper always new cardstock poast few wks ive been. Picking up tons as im out and everytime im in joanns or hobby i will always come out with one book or at least a minimum of ten sheets of something lol but last week joanns had a good sale i think it was last week but i ended uo buying 3 or 4 big packets my favs are the double sided now i just love using them when u open a box or bag and it has a different design bit co-in sides with design from outside i just love it so to get back on track i cam across ur tutorial on making this box for a mug i have been looking for just tht right box tht can be versitile and not just for mugs and girl you made it!! I have to tell you this is absolutely the perfect box thank you so much i cannot wait to use these this christmas i am no longer buying boxes for things this size..now i just need boxes like this but bigger i want to make my own cuz honestly it is cheaper esppecially if u buy ur paper in bulk even if u get 25 sheets at 12 or 14 bux think about it u can get at least 25 boxes or if u need to double as in video u get 12 full size boxes and a small one at 12 bux thts a deal b-cuz ive seen ppl selling them for anywhere from 3-5 to even 6 bux for a box like this and extra if u want embellishments so for me its way better ya i get it..its all about time and having it to give for this but im off work for having neck surgery in feb 2021 & 2 yrs prior had my 4th and hopefully final back surgery so right now ive got time sometimes it kills to sit or stand long so it does take me longer than a person without the physical issues as i have but still ive got it to give for this but now another crafting hobby ive got myself addicted to again lol sorry for the novel of a post everyone but sometimes when i talk i talk lol and i go in detail when not needed but then again when im talkin sometimes i feel wht i said previously might need an explanation lol but anyhow i wanted to let you know i just subscribed today & im in love with this box my family will getting lots of these this holiday lol now i gotta see & binge ur videos if you have a tutorial for beautiful gift bags now thts what im talkin about!! I use them for EVERYTHING!! Love me some gift bags oh and ya tissue paper is also and addiction i seem to have picked up in the last few wks omg i need help lol i did see someone who customized her name/logo on tissue paper turned out beautiful thts paper u should do a tutorial if u havent already lol i wanna try some of tht for myself and my family too they are always my guinea pigs but i think they secretly love it lol i know my daughter does so come next yr when i do different crafts i will start donating to shelters i know alot of wht i play around and make isnt something u take to shelters. But i do like the idea of making up goody baskets of all the stuffnin my stash tht is way extra or if i havent used it in a yr or no plans of using it 2yrs it will get donated or a giveaway thing i dnt have no you tube channel or nothing my sister and i do crafting for fun dnt really sell much wish i could do it for living i love crafting i truly do love it. GOD Day and have a blessed one, I am from Manila Philippines, Learned a lot from your videos. Whar do you call the ruler guide , white or beige in color with multi lines mark , with light blue bar/ruler on the right and you used a handy tools like a cutter or marker in order to fold the box easier, hope you can provide me what it was and where i can buy it. I saw along the 2:00-3:00 minutes mark of this video. Again Thanks and GOD Bless - Jonathan.
