Cover on medium low heat for 10 minutes. Remove cover, stir. Prepare thickening starch. Slowly drizzle a little at a time and stir the same time. Turn off heat and add 1-3 drops of sesame oil and stir. Cook noodles (same way you cook spaghetti), rinse with cold water (to keep the noodles chewy), drain. Plate noodles and ladle hot sauce over. *Sauce is good with rice as well for those that don't like noodles
