I have been using either sliced turkey or sliced ham as my taco shells for Keto friendly tacos🌮😋
Looks very delicious! I'm curious to taste this specific variant of tortilla alone as I've never thought of incorporating the tomato-chile smoothie into the masa. The full taco must be flavorful!
Of course, you can use this tortillas to make any kind of taco you like, or just add salt as they are off the comal and enjoy!

Can you use wax paper in a tortilla press instead? I just don’t like using plastic. Or could I oil it and use it alone? Or would that make them dry out too fast?
Wax paper would be a better idea than oil :)
