I get why you may feel safer with you feet able to touch the ground, but if you are going to ride this type of trail regularly, get a dropper post for correct leg position when peddling still being able to touch the ground when stopping and stand up on the rough sections. Looks like fun.
I only watched first few minutes, but I see a big issue. The saddle must be raised. Adjust saddle so legs are almost straight when pedal is at its lowest point. The way you're doing it gives you only about 25% of your available leg strength. Try again, and good luck!
Do you happen to know what those other settings on the maintenance menu (bl 1-5, OF 0-10) do? I messed with them and it seems like I got a mode that will give full PAS 3 even if set at 1 or 2.
No, unfortunately I don't. They don't tell us everything that's in that menu. Just certain things. You could probably reach out to them and ask them what the setting should be.

Hey friend! Thanks for the advice. I will raise it up. It was my first time so I was winging it. Its much higher than it was when it came..haha

@@HobartsReviews I figured out one of them! "bl" = Back Light, it is how brightly the backlighting of the display is lit up!
"OF" = auto turn off display in minutes idle.
