Kipper the Dog in French

Here's an interesting one- a French dub of part of the Kipper theme song and episode "The Surprise Party." Definitely not as exciting as a lost episode-version of Kipper's Birthday, but still a rare find. This is not my tape, a seller sent it to me in response to a question I had about the original, hence it's not digitized.
