Otter Creek Success Story, Iowa DNR

An Overview of the recently completed lake restoration project at Otter Creek Lake Park, located in Tama County, Iowa. This restoration project was a partnership between the Tama County Conservation Board and the Iowa DNR and utilized a combination of federal, state and local funds to complete this multi-million dollar restoration project, including infrastructure and park improvements, targeted dredging, shoreline restoration, watershed improvement practices, and new fishing habitat.
