And that pool and area was built by the same contractor that built most of Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and cost about $1.2 mil for the pool area and features - it has a number of 'hidden' features, but you're right again. For that kind of money, you'd think you could have a more natural looking, even if manufactured, stone facade.
I agree with you. 9 years ago when I did this video we didn't have motorized gimbals and cinematic stabilization built into top of the line cell phones and cameras. The walking video portion on this was so bad that I couldn't even stabilize it in post without significant cropping and jello effects. Fortunately technology has come a long way since then with affordable solutions for us amature videographers.
Yep, the wide canals dredged out to provide fill for the lots. A 5 acre plot with 1.5 acres dug out to provide fill for the remaining 3.5 acres that the house was built on, and create a canal like lake/pond so that you now have a "waterfront' property. Otherwise you end up with 5 acres of wetland and no home, lol.

Yep, that was back in the pre-gimbal days. Everything now is gimbaled, or 360, which is amazingly stabilized. Most of what we do these days are 3D Tours, Matterport and occasionally others. Drones of course for elevated and fly-throughs. The tech has advanced incredibly in just the past few years.
