Sometimes it's definitely just a mental thing. If you have lots of energy on days when everything in life is going great you got a part of your answer. Worrying will literally drain the life out of you. You are just mentally exhausted. Work on your mental outlook on life. Fix whatever's wrong or bothering you in your life.
I am always tired. To the point of nodding off during work.

I have well controlled type 2 diabetes. I eat right, exercise and drink lots (96 oz) of water per day but I only have energy for a brief period after exercise. I am confused.
Sometimes it's a mental thing. Do you notice lots of energy on days when everything in life is going great? If so bingo.
