These people are menacing and when law tries to act and something unfortunate happens you people blame the authorities rather than questioning why this misdeeds happen.
Don't blame the police for everything. I as a local citizen witnesses rush driving all the time. Specially the scooter and motorcycle riders. This is just a bad timing.
For that reason there are cameras installed.....but police don't chase like this for criminals...only for riders so that they can earn money to provide gifts and food for their family

I wish the cops start to chase the Chief Minister of Goa who has misused his power n broke the law yesterday in porvorim according to the video which was all over social media. I wish these cops had not to chase the youngesters but rather noted the number plate n fined them later.... They wud b still alive if these cops had not to chase them. May the young souls rest in peace. 😢
Police should stop chasing riders....plant a radar or take pictures of the offender's along with Fine "challan" post it straight thier home,thats it....the fine should be above 10 thousands,so that they think before they commit second mistake....its Getting worse day by day..
