    Hello, I'm 1.66 and weight 66kg, which you recommend, buy the 1.5-inch, 50-foot rope or buy the 2-inch and 30-foot rope are the options I have available

    Do you really think there is some or any hypertrophy benefits with these exercises shown?
    Ring exercises of course do but for battle ropes swinging?

      Hi Minaz, the weight will depend on the length and diameter of the rope. When you say ideal weight, ideal for what?

      I meant to say if will buy 50 feet rope then how much feet of rope i will carry each hand?
      Is it 50 feet both hand or 25 feet?
      If i will buy 50 feet?

      @@minazkhan5183 yeah if you buy a 50 ft, then when you double it up, one end in each hand it'll be 25 ft

      I would say that it's too small for a decent workout, unless you're female with quite weak upper body strength

      hi brother! Depends what so you define as calisthenics. My workout are bodyweight based but i also supplement them with bands, slamballs and battle ropes.
