The worst NFL injuries in history, in this episode Doctor Brian Sutterer takes a look at Johnny Knox and when his back was bent in half resulting in a broken spine that ultimately ended the Chicago Bears player's NFL career. So now I have 2 rods in my upper spine with a fusion holding me up and walking again . Then I also had a compound fracture to my left wrist requiring to take that bone and replacing it with a plate . I had a back brace and neck brace on for the longest time . The most toughest recovery i think anyone can go through because your not able to get out of bed on your own and have to have family or loved ones help you out 24/7 after spinal surgery . I forgot to mention I did have nerve damages as well , so my back had this burning feeling because the nerves are damaged trying to connect or recover as well . Off topic question:
What does it mean when you constantly hear cracking in your ankles when you rotate them. Also cracking in your knee when you squat. I’m only 26 years and I fear of major problems later because of these cracking noises. Any advice helps!

I remember this Moment so vividly especially as a bears fan. I remember watching this game while waiting for our to go order at a Restaurant. And when it happened I had 3 things running around in my young 8 year old mind, 1) I’m mad because the bears just lost the ball 2) that was one of the loudest hits I’ve ever heard and 3) is Johnny ok? And everytime I go to eat at that place I remember that game. Also Caleb Haine was at QB

Doc your videos are already incredible and beggars can't be choosers but is it possible to make the diagrams show the actual injury side by side with the actual footage? Sounds hard, I have no idea how...just wondering..
