If I saw Erik Koston and didn't have a board with me I'd do the motions of a kickflip and pretend I had an invisible skateboard. Because it doesn't matter what you have or what you're doing when you see Koston you do a kickflip.

these do a kickflip series are so inspiring, everytime i'm lost and the session is miserable koston pops in my head telling me "do a kickflip!" and then i just start doing them over and over and be grateful for skating in the first place. a kickflip will forever be the best reminder that you still skate, you won't know what i'm talking about unless you're suffering from an injury or something that would disable you to do a kickflip.
