This is the best and the most powerful interview I have EVER listened to. I suffered with an eating dissorder and depression since I was 19. I am now 25 and I was always afraid of other peoples oppinion, I was never good enough, I always found something negative about myself - this really opened my eyes. I was meditating today, first time in forever, for about 2 hours and I have so much more love in my heart. Today I said I LOVE YOU to myself with warmth in my heart and I started crying of joy. Everything will fall into place and everything exciting will start to happen when I trully start to love myself and enjoy my life in this very moment. THANK YOU. ❤️

That is wonderful that you said that to yourself! Well done! My young daughter is 15 & has depression/anxiety for the last 3 yrs. She is so scared to make any progress. It's a tough time for her. I keep trying to advise her of little things to do, journal, spk nicer to herself, do small things to progress but she never does. Maybe one day she'll have the courage to do so. Keep up the good work!

That is so powerful. We get stuck in these loops or patterns and they can always be broken with meditation or counseling or acute psychedelics. ALL destructive loops can be hacked. Its just a matter of doing the work and doing it again if you need to. Hopefully you are doing good these days. The lockdowns were definitely not fun and are coming back again. So stock up your pantry and get some used books:)

It sounds like he is not really committed to his girlfriend. When a person says, "I can always find someone else to replace you," he is not committed and the relationship will probably not work out. Notice what he mentions about her is all superficial. The person he will be able to commit to will be irreplaceable to him.
I trusted my ex to follow his heart of sleeping with a girl he met at a bar while I was on a trip. He didnt break my trust, lol!!!

Almost an hour in you (Lewis )talk about how you purposely got over your fears by doing more of what you feared. In therapy that would be a paradoxical directive or prescribing the symptom. You encourage the client to do more of the problem to paradoxically diminish it! You did your own therapy on yourself and healed a big problem in your life. I wish all males could grow and evolve like you. Glad you are spreading the knowledge with Kyle...too much awesomeness to even comment on. Synchronistically answered one of my questions to the universe this week. You guys rock!

I have been repressing myself for years "doing nothing" (doing work I did not care for). It has come to a point where my body sometimes refuse to continue working. When that happens my fear of not earning enough for my family to life kicks in after some time and my body yields for an extra mile. But, man, it is HARD to live this way. We have been brain washed to believe that it is the responsible thing to do. Lewis, thank you endlessly for hosting Kyle. I think I just got the input I needed to see that I am truly ignoring the "gift of life" by not allowing the highest me to step into the world and let the creation happen through me - and not let the fact, that I cannot wrap my mind around it all, stop me from doing the "unimaginable". It is hard to take the plunge. I will not have truly lived unless I do. Off we go!

I just recently became aware of the relationships that I've been in I've settled for less than I deserve and been making excuses for these men that have been in my life and not standing up for myself and treating myself with value you do teach people how to treat you. the biggest thing was trying to get approval from these men and I realized that my little childhood girl that was hurt was trying to get approval from her dad who left me at 6 years old. so throughout my life the men that I've had a relationship with I've been trying to seek their approval constantly so they wouldn't leave me.

    Dear Lewis,
I am exactly in the same position as you were aged 24.
    I am 58!!!
Living on my elderly mothers couch with zero money.
4 yrs ago i owned two properties had money in the bank, and was teaching tennis which i love, but because of my past i craved to be loved.
Met a girl and fell in love, ignored every red flag about this person who was and is a drug addicted alchoholic.
I went off the deep end and lost everything, within two years she left with my property and money, and her life continues while mine came to an abrubt stop.
Ive spent the last 2yrs getting clean, im playing competitive tennis again in the seniors, i dont drink lost weight and the toxic thoughts towards my ex are leaving me, through yoga and meditation.
However im still broke reliant on my 87yr old mother and have no idea what my purpose is or what i want to do.
    Great podcast

A calling...we follow that leaning....it took me to another continent...moment by moment I live. Every reason not to was what others saw. My dream was to live as my future self, and I can only do it moment by moment NOW. The husband who divorced me as being too broken because I was deafened and disabled, gave me the freedom to find my beautiful adventure of leaving the USA. Meditation is EVERYTHING. Lewis, good job, man.

28:33 - I always talk about the year 2012 and how I was in myost Zen state. Nothing, absolutely nothing bothered me that year, I told a number of my friends that I felt like I could die now or leave earth because I felt so awesome, however they didn't understand why I would talk like that. But feeling that way allowed me to attract some of the most beautiful experiences. Feels so exciting getting back to that place again 🙂

This is so timely! I'm wanting to live in a camper van, travel and learn more about me. I get scared and conjure up all kinds of fearful things, but I'm pushing through. The thought of being too old to do this and having regrets is what's making me forge through. I'm cleaning out 'stuff' as I listen to this! Thank you Lewis and Kyle! Love you both.

Instantly had me in tears with the abused child segment. The concept that you've never really seen yourself without that painful layer of the abused/unseen/sad/panicked word (story) was such a helpful and true way to understand who I am. Also the lunch analogy and gems about expansion: "If I get to a pros and cons list, I'm already contracting" & "because...it's too small!" So profound. Thank you.

The going down plane story resonates so much. I pursued a degree during university where I started having doubts whether i was passionate about it during my second year, but because it was so specialized and I already started, I continued. I graduated and 6 years later i'm not even using the degree. I wish I would've followed my gut.

Wooowwwww, what Kyle says after the one minute mark hit me hard with a truth bomb! “When we want to create any change in the world (make an impact?) it reflects something inside of you that hasn’t been seen” this is so true on so many levels I’m probably going to be thinking about it for the rest of the day, it also just sparked something inside me *grabs journal* I gotta write this down! Thank you Lewis and Kyle, this is awesome, per usual 😎💓

I don't even know where to begin!! I am 52 & only only woke up 3 years ago & still am, it upsets me the different stages & ages of awareness that differ between people, god i wish that i was younger i feel like i have missed out on so much & dont know/remember so much & after many heartbreak relationships & circustances only realising so much more acceptance & knowledge/help coming to me, its so overwhelming yet i just want to understand more & more & I know fix isnt a good word, but that's how I feel that I have so much to fix/reinvent/learn/understand/awareness all due to childhood trauma also, i just want to release more & more, but its never ending is it? I feel like i have lost half of my life unconcious i just want to one day " to feel good enough & loved for me 100% who ever that is, so much of yr story & fear that u talk about Lewis, i have carried UNCONCIOUSLY till only 3 years ago, it is very overwhelming not knowing who u are or yr identity but I'm getting there, a long journey ahead but hoping it will be joyful, loving/loved accepting/accepted, happy & free....
Thankyou both for a brilliant video coming from two amazing open hearted, aware, strong men & Lewis i Love that u are so open & direct with yr brilliant questions which allows for amazing answers/information, i have learnt so much from yr channel/discussions, i can only hope that i meet somebody one day. in tune & aware as u guys.
    Thankyou again 🙏❤

Now I am listening almost 2 hours two sensible but powerful men talking about "inner child", feelings - something else but work or politics or sport or money. Yes, people's hearts are closed nowadays. That is why horrible things can happen.
