Disagree ,with the man in a marriage has the last word. Marriages are a contract between two partners it’s just like any business deal and girls should read the contract, mehr, divorce clause . The ship concept is all cultural and personal no religious basis. Marriage decisions should be on mutual respect ,consultation, and collaboration . If cannot resolve get one family member from each side for arbitration before you separate. Roles can be different but muscular superiority does not mean intelligence or intellectual superiority. The men in our culture are given too much power that they have become tyrants and started oppressing others in marriage, politics, society. Allah will judge on the basis of our deeds and actions not race, sex strength and wealth
