In audio engineering we try for years to design compressors and limiters that don't "breath". It was considered an error when someone adjusted a compressor for fast attack and fast release creating a breathing effect. And yet some musicians came along and decided they like that effect and have made it a part of a whole genre of music. I hate it. It's not an art form. It contains no expression. An overdriven electric guitar amp is a distortion error. But in the hands of a skilled musician it created an expression. It became an expressive art form. A breathing compressor or a simulated breathing compressor is not art. It's just an imitation and continuation of a mistake. Someone please track down all the recordings on Earth that have that effect and erase the tapes, microwave the CD's, melt the vinyl, and reformat the hard drives.
Most cows are not "happy cows" living in fields being petted, as shown here. They are miserable creatures, stuck in factory farms their whole lives, in stalls, with milking machines attached to them, giving them udder infections, with their offspring taken from them, causing both calf and mother extreme emotional pain. After about 5 years the cow is spent from over-milking and mastitis of the udder, then shipped off to slaughter to make hamburger. There are now a number of plant-based cheese sold or you can make them yourself from cashews and nutritional yeast (there are recipes online). In the future the cost of plant-based dairy substitutes will be lower than animal production, with economies of scale, and meat and dairy will be a thing of the past. Already, plant-based milk products are competitive with dairy in the marketplace.
In all Western and many others, the factories must have ensured their workers wash their hands with antiseptic soap when they enter the shop floor. It's better than some using the same gloves because we don't know how often they change the gloves.
