I was tired af, but couldn't go back to sleep, because I had to watch all of it. Such a great documentary. It gives us a peek into a world that we would never see or know much of anything about unless an "insider" let's us into it. When I finally fell back to sleep, my dream was wild LOL
Dave Grohl is such a casual dude, he’s awesome
19:53 will be my ASMR videocut from now on whenever I need it. Period.
Whitney coming out the gate with the best guests. Also I feel like Dave Grohl and Kevin Smith would be great friends. Not sure why. Just a feeling.
43:53 as a latino this brought me to tears lol
Whitney, you’re great, I hate to say it though: I want Grohl on JRE.
Hate to say it? She knows it as well
Dave is the perfect example that good work ethics and being nice to people will take you far. He has a great relationship with people because he listen and cares. Kurt didn’t bring him into Nirvana because he was better than the last drummer, but because Dave was funny and lovely.
The best job opportunities are only available to the nicest
Nah they brought him in because he was a sick drummer, but bonus that he's nice.
One word Describes this Awesome man “Humble” Virginia such great mom let him follow his dreams. That’s a truly unselfish Mom 🤗
People confused WC with other female comedians because she's genuine, touched on certain topical subjects, and because we generally suck like that. But this podcast and appearances on others make her talent and individuality clear.
Congrats and keep it up.
How is she confused with other female comedians?
She's about as rich white boring hollywood industry corporate darling as they come. I'd rather sandblast my beard off rather than listen to another minute of rich people ramble on about their boring ass lives. That being said, her last show was great , obviously a hard working craftsman. But boring as shit otherwise.
I always wondered what Kurt meant when sang "I'm sick of paying for the love boat." Now I know lol

Can’t imagine starting a podcast off and then interviewing the person that helped you get through one of your hardest times with their energy and statement ... and that person be DAVE... I mean... way to start out 🤣 Intense
Recently saw the Foo Fighters live. This legend dedicated a song to a young fan in the crowd. True heart of gold
i'm practically Amish......I LOVE THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gotta say, some of my favourite interviews with people I admire are ones where the host and the guest are just shooting the $h!t, so this has just become one of my favourite interviews with our lord and saviour Dave Grohl, and because of that algorithm that is on every app now it seems, has introduced me to you, Whitney. You have just made a new fan. Thankyou!
